1️⃣ Wk1: Three Dishes, 1 Club...revenge and a Derby!

It looks like week 1 of the season was full of exciting matches! Here's a breakdown of the key highlights:

 

Premier League: 🏆

🎱 Staines dominated the night with Chris Saunders securing two dishes and Nick Rose adding a first-frame dish.

🎱 WR Sports took revenge on Three Tuns after the Martin James Cup final, winning convincingly at home.

🎱 Bagster House clinched a 7-5 win against Egham Hythe C, with Charlie Pinfield securing the final frame.

 

Division 1: 🏆 🏆

🎱 The Egham Derby saw a big win for Egham Hythe A against Egham Hythe E.

🎱 Egham Hythe F, last year's Division 1 champions, were narrowly defeated by Sunbury Cons, with the last two frames deciding the match.

🎱 White Lion kicked off the season with a 7-5 win over last year’s Division 1 runners-up London Stone.

 

Division 2: 🏆 🏆 🏆

🎱 The only draw of the night came between Egham Hythe B and Ashford Community, ending in a 6-6 tie.

🎱 WR Sports B couldn’t replicate the success of their A team and lost to Three Tuns B 8-4.

Leading Players 🏅:

🏅Nick Rose from Staines Cons was the star of the night, winning all three frames and dishing out a frame to lead the Premier League Player standings.

🏅 In Division 1, Darren Fully, Andy Henson, Geoff James, and Neil Taylor-Pullen all won three out of three, an impressive start!

🏅 In Division 2, Bob Bennet (Egham Hythe) and Shaun Grant (Ashford Community) lead the standings with two wins each, maintaining their 100% record.
