What a wild week! Upsets, unbeaten streaks shattered, thrilling finishes, and plenty of dishes on display! Let’s dive into the action!

 🏆 Premier League:

🎱 Bagster House (4th) vs WR Sports A (1st): Bagster House C ended WR Sports A’s unbeaten streak with a hard-fought 7-5 victory! As expected, the match served up some dishes, including a reverse dish from Tom Howick (Frame 4) and a break dish from Dan Bren”Dish” (Frame 7). Despite the loss, WR Sports A stay top, while Bagster climbs to 4th. 

 

🎱 Staines Cons (3rd) vs Egham Con Club (6th): A ‘night to forget’ for Egham Con Club—back-to-back 10-2 losses! Staines Cons came out strong with Paul Brennan beating Joe Sims and Ian Hooper reversing dishing Chris Saunders. Egham never recovered and now sit 12 points adrift from 5th, 17 points from safety.

 

🎱 Three Tuns A (2nd) vs Egham Hythe C (5th): The biggest shock of the night! Three Tuns A dominated with an 11-1 rout! Star man James "Jungle" McCarthy remains the only unbeaten player in the league, going 3 from 3 with a break dish (Frame 10). Another dish from Matty Jennings (Frame 4) sealed the win, closing the gap at the top to just 2 points!

🏆🏆 Division 1:

🎱 Egham Hythe E (6th) vs London Stone (4th): 6-6 Draw! London Stone took early control (4-2 lead), but a strong second-set comeback led by Danny Peters put Egham Hythe E ahead 6-4. However, Chris Butler & Andy Henson weren’t having it, winning the final frames to force a draw!

 

🎱 Egham Hythe F (5th) vs White Lion (3rd): First Win for Egham! White Lion entered 2nd place, while Egham Hythe F had yet to win. That changed in style with a 7-5 victory! Geoff James’ unbeaten run ended at the hands of Luke Emmett (Frame 7). White Lion fought back to 5-5, but the Double D’s (Dan Emmett & Dan East) sealed the first win of the season for Egham! Could this be the start of their title defence? 🏆

 

🎱 Sunbury Con Club (2nd) vs Egham Hythe A (1st): Another unbeaten team falls! ❌ Sunbury Con Club delivered a huge statement win (7-5), closing the gap at the top to just 1 point. Egham started well (2-0 lead) before Darren Fuller sparked a Sunbury surge to 5-2. Egham fought back to 5-5, but Ashley Steer & Fuller made sure the night belonged to Sunbury. Could they be the new Division 1 favourites?

🏆🏆🏆 Division 2:

🎱 Egham Hythe D (5th) vs Ashford Community (4th): Winless in 3 matches, Egham Hythe D bounced back in style, securing a 7-5 win with a dominant first set (5-1)!

 

🎱 Virginia Water (6th) vs Three Tuns B (1st): Three Tuns B mirrored their A side’s dominance with a 9-3 victory over bottom-placed Virginia Water. Still winless, Virginia Water now sit 6 points behind 5th.

 

🎱 WR Sports B (3rd) vs Egham Hythe B (2nd): A night to forget for WR Sports, as both A & B teams lost. Egham Hythe B delivered a strong 8-4 win, led by Peter Kemp. They stay 2 points behind leaders Three Tuns B but extend their gap over 3rd place to 7 points!

🥇 James “Jungle” McCarthy takes top spot as the only unbeaten player and overtaking Tom Howick.
