Egham Pool League – AGM & 2026 Season Format*

The Egham Pool League AGM will take place on Thursday 4th December at Egham & Hythe. This will be held a few days before Finals Day.

⏰ Time :

If we can schedule a Singles Final for that night, we’ll aim to start the final at 7:00pm, and then

AGM will start shortly after the Singles Final, roughly 8:00–8:30pm.

 *Next Season Format – League Vote* 

There is a formal proposal on the table for how next season will look and feel, including:

Two divisions vs three divisions

Cup format changes to help balance the season

Dan will be sending out a Google Doc with a voting form covering the options and full details of the proposal.

This vote is for all players in the league, not just captains.

Please share the Google Doc/voting form with EVERY player in your team so everyone has a voice.

The committee has agreed this will be a formal vote via the form, not a debate in the chat.

We’ll review the results and discuss/confirm the proposal at the AGM.

Proposed Start Date for Next Season 

We are proposing to start next season on Thursday 8th January (the second Thursday in January, as the 1st is New Year’s Day).
This means we can kick the new season off right at the start of January.

Please make sure you or a representative from your team attends the AGM at Egham & Hythe on Thursday 4th December.
